Your job

We have recently registered great role for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic organisation based in Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be overseeing the Finance Assistant and you will be assisting with seasonal apprentices.

Your role will have particular responsibility for the following areas, as well as others:

  • Preparing monthly balance sheet reports
  • Liaising with auditors and property managers
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Assisting the business with their transition to an EPOS system
  • Overseeing the treasury function

Job requirements

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar position and you will be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified, or equivalent. You will be highly organised and efficient, and you will have a pro-active attitude and be challenge orientated. You will have very strong Excel skills, and experience of Sage 50 and Epos would be advantageous but not essential.
