Job role

The role

Working as part of the Sales team you will be supporting the new business consultants by ensuring new applicants complete the onboarding process. You will be paid a commission based on the success, speed and conversion rate you are able to do this. The key attribute required will be excellent customer services skills with a focus on the ideal candidate being a people person.

You will be motived and work hard to resolve any issues whilst keeping the clients up to date and liaising with other departments.

Key accountabilities

    To answer the telephone and assist with general enquiriesProactivity keep new applicants up to date with the status of their applicationEnsure that new applicants have provided the correct KYC documents Continuously update CRM and feedback to the New Business ConstantsCarry out further tasks as may from time to time be delegated to you by your manager and Sales Executive.

The package

Paying £17,000 with a commission structure based on successful applicants and conversion rate. Realistic OTE of 29k.
