Delivery Analyst

Here are Computershare Loan Services (CLS) we have an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Strategy & Delivery Team as a Delivery Analyst on an 18 month FTC.

This team provide strategic, regulatory, legal, client and BAU change across the CLS business, from the concept to successful delivery and implementation.

What will you be doing?

As a Delivery Analyst you will be responsible for delivering Commercial business and client change and also be required to support as a Commercial SME on wider CMS change and projects.

You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders across Doxford and Crossflatts engaging and supporting colleagues whilst defining and tailoring requirements to find the best outcome for the customer, the client and the business.

Acting as part of the Commercial team, you’ll quickly need to understand the way the Commercial team work and have a flexible approach to accommodate differing outcomes. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, working to high standards and ensuring quality output.

This diverse role will require you to spend time working collaboratively across Commercial and with other CMS colleagues, at all levels, as you work towards defining and shaping solutions. You should have strong listening and report writing skills, actively encourage and be open to feedback, and lead by example when delivering and embedding change.

Who are we looking for?

As change owner you will be the first point of contact for any queries or issues, and you’ll need to maintain a positive and resilient mind set to challenges along with the ability to manage multiple relationships, solve problems, and influence decisions.

Having an understanding of the end to end project lifecycle and as an expert in report writing, you must be able to deliver requirements and communication succinctly, clearly and articulately.

Working with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, you will also be required to hold solid experience of Visio, Word and Excel.

Occasional visits will be required to other sites.
