Your field of responsibility

EMEA OTC & Prime Swaps team is within the Global Operations team, being responsible for management of settlements for the bank. Team consists of 7 specialists on various levels of seniority.

In our job we collaborate every single day with Front Office, Trade Management and other internal Credit Suisse departments as well as with back office teams from other banks and corporate institutions from all over the world.

In you daily tasks you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing Pre-settlement of booked cash flows
  • Managing Post-settlement actions
  • Coordinating with clients - resolving urgent / important issues, clarification of outstanding trades / trade confirmations, confirmation of in- and outgoing cash flows
  • Reconciliation of accounts – controlling tasks to assure the trades/bookings/cash flows have been processed as per the request and in accordance with applied policies

Your skills and experience 

For our OTC & Prime team we are looking for person with experience in finance area who would like to take part in operational tasks and act as a deputy of team leader, having responsibilities in team management. 

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in financial area – financial controlling, financial operations, financial analysis etc.
  • Delivering business value and productivity – Taking accountability for organising and delivering work to maximize business value for clients and business partners, establishing what can be delivered and viability of solutions.
  • Analytical approach - A logical approach to problem solving, making rational decisions based on analysis of data from a wide range of sources.
  • Attention to details, proven numerical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Demonstrate team-player attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, following standards and requirements.
  • Experience in Team leader or deputy team leader position is a plus.
