Responsibilities:
  • Looking after entire cycle of P2P from Finance end
  • Responsible for ensuring all the invoices relating to Inventory, Opex and Capex are rightly recorded, dealing with issues relating to three way matching
  • Defining Systems & SoPs to bring efficiency in processes, thereby, ensuring timely processing of Payment
  • Liaise closely with other Departments within the organization and external Vendors to understand and resolve their concerns;
  • Keeping close eye on treasury related task- Bank Recon, Bank Relationship Management, Petty Cash, Working Capital Cycle Management, etc
  • Support Senior Manager Finance with the Financial Planning & Analysis and Cash Monitoring of the new businesses
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting from P2P end, including monthly closing as well as quarterly and yearly audits
  • Drive innovation in the finance accounting team, strive for continuous improvement of systems and processes (implementing an automated solution to pay vendors, digitizing the P2P process, etc.)
  • Lead the implementation of new accounting software SAP S4HANA
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders across different teams in foodpanda to understand the business and to be able to adapt to fast growth.
  • You will take on various other financial topics and ad-hoc support to the finance or new business teams

    • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience of post qualification experience
  • CIMA, ACCA, CPA, ICMA, ACA qualifications required
  • Understanding of different tax implications (GST/MRP/Income/Turnover taxes) on retail margins, will be highly preferred
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and retail specific KPIs in order to add value to business would be a plus
  • Must have good command with invoice processing and accounts payable in a high volume environment
  • Highly proficient in Excel, SAP S4HANA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Process-oriented as well as strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
