David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with a great client in the Customer Brokerage Industry to recruit a Finance Manager based in Etobicoke, Ontario. This is a 3- 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

The Role:
- Manage the day to day accounting activities in the department.
- Review of month-end close entries and reconciliations.
- Preparation and review of quarter-end financial statements.
- Assist with audit deliverables.
- Provide support with reporting and assistance with ad hoc projects: Purchase Price Accounting for recent transactions.
- Lead special projects as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of management/Leadership experience in a similar capacity.
- CPA Designation preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Experience leading special financial projects and analysis.
Compensation: $30-40 per hour.
