Our client, a well-respected company in Winnipeg, is looking for an Accountant to join their team for an immediate temporary opportunity. This is an ideal opportunity for a designated Accountant to have an immediate opportunity beginning with flexible hours and to have a role that may become a temporary to hire position.

The Role:
- Assisting with month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Learning and taking ownership of the accounting for the organization
- Bookkeeping, payroll, tax filing, and handling the accounting for multiple organizations
- Other Ad hoc duties/projects as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is a designated Accountant
- Is innately curious and wants to understand the business
- Has strong computer skills (primarily Excel) and Quickbooks
Salary will vary depending on experience from $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
