Financial Accountant

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client a highly successful company, to recruit a Financial Accountant based in Calgary, AB.

The Role:

• Updating invoicing and payments
• Calculations of refunds, rebates, etc.
• Performing credit checks
• AR and AR aging analysis
• Variance analysis on AR, and solving discrepancies
• Data gathering for insurance and client requirements
• Account reconciliations
• Monitoring of bank accounts and balances
• AP and payments work
• Journal entries
• Other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of similar experiences
• Advanced Excel skills
• Analytical skills
• Accounting / Finance education, enrolled in CPA an asset

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $60,000
• Vacation
• Benefits
