About the Role
The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at KOHO will lead the FP&A team to provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the financial planning function for the organization. The Director, FP&A, will work collaboratively with senior executives and business partners across KOHO to have a strategic impact on maximizing value creation. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and effective planning processes, accurate financial forecasts, timely monthly management and Board reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis. The successful candidate will build collaborative relationships across the business and lead a high performing team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the KOHO quarterly and annual forecasting / planning process
- Contribute to the annual strategic planning process which includes establishing the Annual Budget and assisting in the setting of financial targets
- Manage and lead a high performing Financial Planning & Analysis team
- Manage and lead KOHO's financial reporting which includes the monthly business performance discussions with the Leadership team as well as Board reporting
- Support business initiatives with financial analysis for potential partnership and business development opportunities
- Assist in any Corporate Development initiatives, including financial and analytical support
- Play an active role in balance sheet planning and forecasting cashflows
- Support equity and debt capital fundraising and related due diligence activities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You are able to demonstrate and communicate your analysis to prove / disprove business cases
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships throughout the organization at both senior and junior levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possesses a strong attention to detail
- A strong business acumen and results orientation
- A proven team leader
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, growth environment
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Strong ability to work with large sets of data
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience working in startups or tech a plus
- Experience working in or with the banking or financial services sector a plus
- Knowledge of SQL
