Assistant Finance Manager (Finance Projects)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsible for process improvement and system implementation project (including user requirements collection, UAT, maintenance or any related process)
Review and evaluate the existing accounting procedures efficiency
Working as a bridge between IT and Finance department.
Monitoring financial project and providing data analysis support to the management
Assist to other group level system implementation project when related to Finance
Participate in ad hoc assignments
Provide operational support on user enquiry, analysis services and production problem diagnosis

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or BIS or related discipline
Solid accounting knowledge, CPA/ACCA Qualification is a plus
Project management experience in managing large and complex projects
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in business analytics, with manage and support production issues experience
Industry knowledge in the financial industry will be a definite advantage
Knowledge and experience in supporting ERP system (e.g. SAP) is preferred
Experience in handling Cloud system projects (e.g. Oracle EPM Cloud) is preferred
Experience in implementing RPA will be a definite advantage
Solid skills set in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proactive, detail-oriented and organized with good presentation and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English with good command of Mandarin
