Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Monthly Reporting :-
• Management reports and review related schedules, clearing bank recon outstanding items with FSSC GL.
• Review closing activities performed by Finance Shared Services (FSSC)
• Analysis of group borrowings and placement
Quarterly Reporting :-
• Prepare and submit P&L rolling forecast
• Review FCS / consol template and deferred tax template
• Analysis and related schedules
• Prepare and submit IIP report to relevant authorities
• Monitor Shariah compliance for group
Tax payable forecast :-
• To target for zero penalty and timely submission on 9th month revision & year end submission
Year End Reporting, Tax & Audit :-
• Company statutory financial statements
• Review of tax computation and provide information for tax submission / queries for tax filing
• Review & monitor to clear audit schedules, ensure completion of audit timeline
Business Plan (yearly) :-
• Assist on the preparation of BP financial template to Group Finance
Daily operations :-
• Verification of invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Monitor billing and collections from customers
Process improvement :-
• To improve workflow processes for better efficiency
Monthly cashflow compilation & analysis :-
• To coordinate monthly submission of group cash flow requirement by Business Units
• Analysis of group cash flow requirement and update treasurer accordingly
• Forecast the group's financial ratios based on the fund requirement
Transfer pricing :-
• To ensure all transactions within the treasury department comply with the transfer pricing policies
• Perform credit rating for customers and to update on a yearly basis
• Update the transfer pricing documentation/reports annually

Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Investment or equivalent to the field with professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ ICAEW/CFA)
- At least 3 years of experience in related industries.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
