Credit Service B4/B5-Famous International Financial Institution
Process owner across multiple entities in credit lending journey, to manage procedure, guideline and knowledge database, drive process simplification and standardization, deliver changes and transformation, and implement quality control and assurance.
Our client is a famous International Financial Institution with global financial service.
Ensuring compliance with HSBC Group company policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements.
Work closely with line of business, business partner and other stake holders across multiple entities to deliver and implement guideline/procedure change
Be subject matter expert in domain processes, with direct influence on up and downstream or counterparts, i.e. legal, risk and business, etc.
Drive and implement transformation projects to meet Group's strategy
Continuously evaluate existing processes, challenging current procedures and implementing enhancements as appropriate, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the process.
The nature of the role requires highly understanding of credit product and lending documentation process, and the process of delivering transformation projects in a dynamic work environment to manage procedure change and deliver process transformation.
It is necessary to lead and motivate staffs to build up an open and sharing environment to motivate procedure/process change, and also to maintain a mindset of control
To manage the integration of varying Group companies into operations whilst maintaining the overall quality and efficiency in the Credit Services.
Graduate/Post Graduate in commerce stream, MBA, MBA Finance,
7+ years of experience for an external candidate
Must with strong knowledge of credit products in banking,
Experience of litigation for in-house banking and credit risk is a plus.
Hands on working knowledge of corporate credit operations
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong negotiation & persuasive skills
