For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Position: OTC Team Leader
Location: Warsaw

ROLE:

• Guiding and supporting OTC Team ;
• Operational Reporting;
• Team management (day to day tasks, setting strategic long term goals, team development);
• Being the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for OTC process;
• Cooperation with OTC Managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English and German (min. B2);
• Experience in AR/OTC department;
• Team leading experience;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
