Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Manager the content of this role is as follows
- Prepare financial reports/Monthly Management Report - Profit & Loss Mtd/Ytd & Forecasts including variance analysis and commentary
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash Flow Management and owner transfers preparation
- Review and assist with income and expenditure forecasts
- Assist with the preparation and distribution outgoings and marketing budget
- Assist with the preparation and distribution outgoings and marketing actuals
- Income, outgoing recoveries and tenant contribution reconciliations
- Income and expenditure forecast
- GST reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliations
- Review cash book reconciliation
- CPA/CA qualified or newly qualified
- 2 to 5 years years experience from a commerce and industry business
- Intermediate to advanced excel
- Looking for a hard-working candidate who is focused but can have fun with the team as well
- Confident, articulate communication skills
