The Role:
Based in our Head Office, the Credit Control Team Leader will manage and direct our team of Credit Controllers and Credit Control Administrators, ensuring efficient and effective credit control of GAP's customers. Within the role you will support the Credit Control Manager with the Group's sales ledger and supporting functions, whilst driving and motivating the team to meet objectives. You will also assist with departmental forecasting and provide comprehensive analysis of the team performance.

- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams to meet company objectives and reduce aged debt
- An effective communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and produce quality performance reports
- Excellent administration skills and proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Excel
