A great opportunity for a full time, permanent, office based Purchase Ledger role based in central Manchester

Description

This is a stand alone role.

The duties include:

  • Ensure speedy and accurate processing of invoices
  • Ensure correct coding of invoices
  • Match payments against the invoices
  • Prepare and run BACS payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Deal with supplier enquiries
  • Process staff expenses
  • Process journals as requested by the Financial Controller
  • Prepare ad hoc sales invoices

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar purchase ledger role - Essential
  • Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
  • Have experience using MS Excel - Desirable
  • Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail - Essential
  • Have experience in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £25,000 per annum + Pension + other benefits
