A fantastic permanent Purchase Ledger role, full time and office based in Central Stockport.

Description

The duties include:

  • Process supplier invoices for payment including invoice scanning and verification
  • Purchase order matching, manual invoice coding and PO discrepancy investigation
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with key personnel around the business to ensure that purchase orders are receipted, and invoices approved in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain supplier master data
  • Generate supplier payment proposals
  • Statement reconciliation of key supplier accounts
  • Review purchase ledger balances as part of the team month end process
  • Investigation and resolution of supplier debit balances
  • Reconcile and allocation of Direct Debit payments against supplier invoices in a timely manner

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
  • Be confident using MS Excel - Essential
  • Have excellent communication skills - Essential
  • Be organised with a strong attention to detail

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £25,000 per annum + Parking + Pension + Discounts + Generous annual leave
