Commercial Management Accountant

Management Accountant, Technology, 12 month, £50-55k. I'm recruiting for a really commercial Management Accountant role with a expanding FTSE listed technology business. The role is responsible for preparation, reporting and commentary on marketing costs for the group. They are looking for someone with strong communication and business partnering skills to work closely with non finance tracking cost against the budget. You'll be involved in lots of ad hoc project work such as improving processes and supporting on building new dashboards.Other key responsibilities;Business partnering and leading meetings with department heads to understand spend and present key variance analysis and other commentary on marketing areasDeveloping and maintaining a solid understanding of business risks and opportunities to analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities and to provide insightful commentaryPreparing month end journals and working papers, and providing commentary to explain significant variances to budgetReview of management accounts and other reporting, supporting junior members of the team to ensure consistency and accuracyCandidate Profile:A newly Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (potentially finalist)Confident Business Partner. Looking for candidates to join them from mid July- early August.
