Senior Specialist (IT Risk Management)

Position: Senior Specialist (IT Risk Management)

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on IT risk and incidents as well as identifying relevant controls;
• Determining, measuring and monitoring the degree of exposure of business processes to IT risks;
• Measuring, monitoring and developing IT risk culture within the company (delivering the relevant development program);
• Preparing, supporting and controlling internal rules and procedures and other company-wide documents on IT risk management;
• Participating in change management process;
• Analyzing operational risks on IT processes and preparing change management proposals;
• Monitoring and evaluating IT systems developed by the company;
• Implementing IT risk component within enterprise risk management program;
• Preparing IT risk register, key risk indicators and risk map as well as conducting their regular review;
• Conducting BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and preparing a Business Continuity Plan;
• Preparing risk-related reports on frequent basis

Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in risk management, IT risk management, IT audit or other relevant field

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other relevant field

Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), English (excellent).

Computer skills: MS Office-proficient level

Advantages: Master's degree, experience in operational risk management in financial sector, IT risk / audit experience and IT risk-related certification are preferred.
