Head of Accounting - CIKARANG

This position will be based in Cikarang and directly report to Director.

Description

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
  
• Lead accounting team for validating transaction, recording transaction, and preparing report to support management in making business decision
  
• Improving current budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing inefficiency and potential business risks
  
• Manage and comply with local and Corporate reporting requirements and tax filings
  
• Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
  
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures

• Delivery of timely, accurate and relevant management reporting

• Provide accurate financial information to management

Profile

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
  
• Experience in audit and tax procedures.
  
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in manufacture industry.
  
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
  
• You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
  
• Possess high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.
  
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills
