Trainee Tax Accountant - School Leaver Programme

We are looking for school leavers to train in Tax to start immediately. You will be supported to study for the ATT and CTA (Chartered Institute of Taxation) exams.

We offer a complete study and work experience programme. You will follow a study programme which combines classroom tuition with home study. You will be tested under exam conditions after each stage. Our trainees attend courses, which cover the breadth of the syllabus and the key topics of study, which is supplemented by a revision course immediately prior to the exams.

Importantly, we mentor you through your training because we want you to enjoy your work and fulfil your potential.

We pay all the costs towards your professional exams, which includes training courses, manuals, textbooks and examination fees for first sitting.

Work includes tax return preparation for a wide variety of clients, income tax and capital gains tax computations, review of coding notices.

Will handle the preparation of forms P11D, dividend tax planning, company secretarial matters and assisting with sundry tax matters.

As the role develops, scope to move into more structural and advisory areas, depending on level of qualification achieved and experience.

You will be working as part of an experienced, stable and supportive team, made up of all levels from first year tax trainees to senior managers with thirty years' experience. We are looking for people to grow through the organisation.
