Accounting & Tax Manager - East Java

This role will be based in East Java and will directly report to the CFO. Ideally we're looking for someone who experience in tax bonded zone and come from manufacture industry.

Description

• Ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations & objectives complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure that the company comply to tax bonded zone treatment (suspension of import duties and the absence of VAT, elimination of levies on sales tax on luxury goods, exemption of excise on the import of goods or materials to be processed, ease in imported machines, etc.)
• Manages tax administrative projects and establishes their work flow and time-lines.
  Create and maintain tax planning and strategies
• Provide accurate financial information to management
• Analyse monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested

Profile

• This role is based in East Java and have strong financial background and a solid understanding of tax and accounting.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Tax or Finance is required, postgraduate degree is preferred
• A minimum 5-7 years of experience in Tax & Accounting with manufacture background is mandatory
• Having a Big Four public accountant background in Indonesia is ideal
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and work collaboratively with senior company leader
• Excellent excel skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
