As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead various finance transformation projects (such as Finance-ERP implementation, workflow tools implementation, reporting tools, etc.), supporting ongoing project evaluation, setup, planning, continuous monitoring, alignment with other teams
  • Collaborate with various technical team members to coordinate their delivery as per agreed scope and timelines
  • Ensure process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance is in place for any new technology or changes introduced
  • Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end processes
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • Identify issues and risks and apply right escalation path
  • In a timely manner, bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  • Participate proactively in the problem resolution
  • Track major process issues and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
  • Provide reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
  • Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all internal policies and processes
  • Proactive involvement to support other improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in a similar role for at least 5 years
  • Project Manager experience with IT implementation projects is a plus
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant filed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in a multinational company
