Description

In charge of all Accounting & Finance functions including financial accounting and reporting, management accounting, procedures and internal controls. Assist in formulating the company strategic planning, delivering financial analysis, key tactical initiatives. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. Develop financial and tax strategies, managing budget and develop key performance measures to support company direction. Participate in key decision-making process as a key member, maintaining the transparent and in-depth relations with internal & external stakeholders. Oversee acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions, being the direct contact point for banks, professional service firms and investors. Strong fundamentals about internal control, risk management to identify business risk, develop and implement appropriate control systems. Coach, train and develop team members reporting direct to this position. Identify and build successor plan. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Profile

Minimum requirement is a MBA degree, CFA certification is highly regarded. Minimum +10 years' experience in CFO/ Head of Finance/ Finane Director within corporate business or having proven relevant achievements. Excellent in English communication and Vietnamese Strong analytical skills, business acumen, strategic mindset, hands-on, ability to lead and maintain in-depth relationship with internal, external partners. Result-oriented, must-win attitude, professional, agile and inspirational.
