You'll be part of our Sales Operations team where you can take part in shaping the future of Sales at MYOB.

The opportunity
You will be play an integral role in shaping the future of Sales at MYOB by combining commercial acumen, technical data skills and strong communication to understand and translate business needs into clearly defined process documentation/workflows and business requirements. With the aim of facilitating process improvements and automation.

The role
A key part of this role will be working closely with stakeholders via interviews and workshops to refine and articulate MYOB's business needs into functions, processes and workflows. To assist with accurately describing problem statements, business impact and client experience. With the goal of delivering insights that drive improvements to the customer sales experience through process improvements and automation.

Key Objectives
- Gain a thorough understanding of the clients' business and be able to gather, refine and articulate their needs, including functions, processes, workflows using a defined methodology including workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviews.
- Accurately describe the problem statement, business impact and client experience.
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
- Deliver insights that drive improvements to customer service delivery
- Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
- Work with the business to clearly identify success criteria for each milestone the team are working on.
- Define the acceptance criteria for user stories and requirements to ensure clarity for the team
- May lead agile ceremonies (stand up, retro, showcases, workshops, inceptions etc.) through visualisation techniques
Identify and resolve conflicting requirements
- Analyse user requirements and deliver artefacts to assist with understanding - including domain modelling, workflows, user stories and interface design, by liaising with a range of people including users & product managers, drawing together information needs from across the organisation.
- Work closely with the project team members to ensure that the product meets the agreed requirements and to ensure the product is of a high quality.

What you will bring
Experience as a business analyst working in a team environment
Has a solid understanding of agile system of work and understands how to identify areas of improvement and influence change
Functional Salesforce implementation experience
Demonstrable involvement or engagement with the business analysis community and agile community
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong facilitation, workshop and organisational skills
Passion to really help make a difference

What else do you need to know?
Salary range is between AUD $90,000- $110,000 plus super per annum.
