LAKEBA CORPORATION PTY LTD is looking for an experienced ICT BUSINESS ANALYST for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Manly, NSW.

- Analysing business processes, procedures, and work practices
- Conducting meetings with clients and internal users, and reporting periodical progress of the projects
- Gathering requirements from internal users and clients in order to develop/improve the system.
- Run system tests to monitor performance and ensure optimum quality.
- Conducting training sessions to final users on the systems
- Creating and updating system documentation, such as training material and functional specifications.
- Communicate with users to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issues.
- Configuring, customising, and improving the platforms used on a Daily basis.
- Configuration, test, troubleshooting and verification of processes and workflows.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions and requirements to stakeholders (clients, end users and company management)
- Provide functional documentation to help the business make informed decisions.
- Work with the project team and our clients to ensure successful delivery of requirements
- Participate in pre-sales presentations and demonstrations in conjunction with the Client Development team, along with sharing knowledge to be included in Request for Proposals and Request for Information
- Work to achieve agreed timelines and communicate early where expectations may not be met.
- Assisting with the identification and roll-out of enhancements to our internal processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar (2+ experience in IT)
- Microsoft Office 365 advanced skills
- Intermediate SQL knowledge
- Task oriented and problem solving.
- Agile methodology: CMMI is a plus.
- Capability to work with international teams in different countries.
