CRM Business Analyst

Working closely with the Project Manager, Manager Transformation and project stakeholders, the Business Analyst will analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities with the overall objective of the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management System. This is a 6 month initial contract with strong extension opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Project Manager is kept informed of project issues and activities.
• Manage and schedule business analysis activities as far as practical to meet project and program plans and strategic requirements of the organisation.
• Prioritise and respond within an appropriate time frame to requests for assistance
• Make recommendations to improve project management and business analyst practices.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
• Strong experience using a delivery management tool (e.g. Azure Boards or JIRA) including documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases
• 3-5 years business analysis experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or previous Microsoft CRM versions
• 1-2 years business analysis experience with Dynamics Field Services, Resource optimization and mobility.
• Ability to analyse requirements and input into design and configuration of features in Dynamics 365
• Good understanding of implementing Dynamics CRM extensions
