  • Create Supplier invoices into SAP from GRPO
  • Create Expenses Invoices into SAP from bills received or non-inventory items
  • Create Petty Cash Claims into SAP

(2) Process Payments
  • Process Suppliers payment
  • Expenses/ internal claims
  • Update all payments into cash book and cash flow

(3) GL
  • Prepare and create month end journals in SAP
  • Update schedules

(4) Fixed Asset
  • Create Asset Master Data
  • Month Journals in SAP
  • Update FA schedules

(5) Cash reporting
  • prepare Bank reconciliation
  • Prepare cash reporting and cashflow forecast

Skills:
  • Strong in Accounting - Degree or Poly diploma in Accountancy, ACCA
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • 2-5 year experience preferred
  • SAP B1, SAP BFC experience a distinct advantage
