With an immediate start, this leading Government Organisation is looking for a Business Analyst to utilise human centred design principles to review the business's services and processes to solve pain-points that will lead to business improvements and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing existing systems, functions, and applications to ensure strategic goals are fulfilled.
- Conducting business justifications, benefits mapping, and cost benefit analysis to deliver recommendations to improve and target the organisation's needs.
- Undertaking qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and provide evidence.
- Applying human centred design principles to identify and rectify cumbersome business processes.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to determine requirements and resolve issues.
Key requirements:
As the Business Analyst, you will have:
- Experience establishing key relationships with stakeholders to ensure reliable and accurate information is communicated
- Experience with Human Cantered Design methodologies and modern research techniques
- Previously analysed and interpreted data in order to draw relevant business conclusions using visualisation techniques and tools
- 4+ years of business analysis skills such as experience gathering and documenting requirements.
