Traineeship Description
This position reports to the Regional Digital Wealth lead and interfaces with digital teams across the region. In this role, the candidate will contribute the Digital Wealth team's mandate: relentless focus on creating best in class customer experience on our iWealth platform.
Responsibilities
- Support 1-2 projects focused on implementation of new iWealth capabilities
- Analyze selected iWealth services usage data and propose corrective actions
- Support iWealth roadmap planning and spend reporting
- Support iWealth stakeholder engagements/meetings, including meeting discussion & actions capture and ensuring follow up items are completed
- Oversee resolution of iWealth technical / operational issues (e.g. availability of online usage tracking data)
- Support people advocacy activities for the department
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in relevant field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Competencies:
- Active participation in strategic planning and stakeholder engagements
- Learning how to analyze and drive uptake in digital usage
- Learning how to manage strategic as well as operational tasks related to managing a digital platform
- Learn how to design and implement digital customer journeys
