Traineeship Description:
This position reports to Operation Project Management Team Lead and interfaces with Regional Product, Technology and Operation teams. Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and support User Stories construction
- Support and represent Users when dealing with Stakeholders in SDLC process
- Participate in UAT and provide progress tracking & reporting
- Support and coordinate change implementation& post-production monitoring
- Coordinate product walkthrough and user training.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant field
- Good report-writing and presentation skills
- Able to articulate and link Business and Technology languages
- Self-driven and focused on critical objectives with prioritization
- Analytical and have a "Think out-of-the-box" mentality
- Strong Interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite
Competencies:
1. Active participation in SDLC process, including Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation & Maintenance.
2. Learning know-how for Stakeholder engagement & alignment
3. Gain exposure relating to iBMP platforms and Securities and Fiduciary Services Product Operation
Education Qualification:Degree & above
Duration of Traineeship / Attachment offered: 6 months
Training Allowance:$2500
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).
