Traineeship Description:

Awarded the Best Bank in the World, DBS Bank is committed to providing the best-in-class customer experience. As part of the Digital Banking family, this position exposes the trainee to multiple projects on our core digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in project management and coordination, including overseeing project timelines requirement and details to ensure successful and seamless launch

-Assist in crafting best-in-class customer journey by developing sample screens for better visualisation and usability testing simulation

-Responsible for gathering and processing information during project development, ensuring necessary stakeholders are involved and informed in a timely manner

-Collaborate across cross functional stakeholders (including Contact Centre, Marketing, Design, Delivery, Technology, Compliance and others) to develop best-in-class customer experience journeys

-Assist in overall channel management, ensuring channel processes are adhered to

-Responsible for communications on multiple channels to both customers and stakeholders through digital campaigns

-Track customer's satisfaction level with new and existing functionalities and identify points of improvement or fixes

Requirements:

-Degree in any relevant field

-Meticulous and have keen eye for detail

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Competencies:

1. Make a difference on our digital channels with hands-on experience in end to end project management, including requirement development, project management and reporting matrices.

2. Active participation in multiple projects, providing a multifaceted experience and understanding of unique needs of each project

3. Learn data and customer insights and how to utilize of data systems (Qualtrics, Tableau, Qlikview, Adobe Analytics). Gain understanding of how these data points transforms a customer journey.

4. Gain presentation skills and better understanding of how to engage teammates, peers, colleagues and stakeholders professionally

5. Develop skills on engagement and dissemination of information to customers in a clear and concise manner through multiple broadcast channels (i.e. Social Media, Public Web, Direct communications)

Education Qualification:Degree & above

Duration of Traineeship / Attachment offered: 6 months

Training Allowance:$2500

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).
