About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Trade Spend Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Trade Spend Analyst position lies within the Global Sales & Finance business unit. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Finance Controller so this a great role for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders! This role ensures we have visibility, understanding and control of our Trade Spend for a large set of customers, whilst providing a comprehensive sales support service to the sales management team. In brief, you will be responsible for; Working closely within the Sales Team ensuring every cent of our Trade spend is accounted for in the forecast and reconciled in the Actuals Partnering with the sales teams to ensure our Forecasting system is accurate with product pricing & promotions. A key contact person between our Customers and the Commercial teams. Assist in both External & Internal Audits for all matters relating to Trade Spend. Process Sales promotional and trading monies, validation of pricing claims and payments for agreed promotional activities. Perform monthly Sarbanes Oxley Controls to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. Qualifications Hard Skills ! Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included), or be an EU Citizen, in order to proceed for this position. University Degree (or similar), preferably in a Business or Finance discipline Prior experience in a Commercial Finance Administration / Sales Support role would be advantageous Excellent ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines Strong Excel skills Must be numerate and financially aware with a strong analytical capability to interpret various data elements to provide key Management information and insights. Excellent interpersonal skills, to ensure effective communication at all levels of Business management. Have a high degree of computer literacy to be able to use all systems and programmes effectively. Prior experience of SAP & BI reporting preferable Professional Attitude (examples) Ability to Simplify • We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast.
