Optimize Recruitment are proud to be engaging with a Healthcare Client who are currently recruiting a Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the CFO the position is based in the Kilkenny office with some remote working an option for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• P&L Analysis
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and cashflow reporting
• Weekly adhoc reports for management
• Variance Analysis
• VAT return workings and submission, along with other Revenue Commissioner filings and requirements.
• Assist with the annual audit process
• Continuously improve and support a strong financial control environment
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• 3-4 years’ experience of working in a busy Finance department
• Excellent attention to detail & deadline driven
• Knowledge of large ERP and Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
