ASSURANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER / ASSURANCE MANAGER
Job Descriptions:
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients across diversified industries
- Liaison point of contact between the firm and client, timely response to client’s enquiries and needs, and maintaining regular contact with client throughout the audit process
- Establish strong relationship with client and identify business development opportunities for both new and existing client
- Ensure audit assignments are completed on a timely manner and within agreed budget
- Prepare monthly forecasted billings and manage cash collection
- Mentoring, developing and motivating team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification i.e. CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent recognised by ISCA
- At least 5 years of working experience in public accounting firm (candidates with Big 4 experience would be advantageous)
- Experience in handling a portfolio of diversified clients (both MNCs and SMEs)
- Possess good initiative and meticulous person
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of local and international accounting principles and financial reporting framework
- Good written and verbal communication skills
