Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project accounting for PRC property investments
• Handle daily accounting functions, including but not limited to PR and GL
• Responsible for month-end closing
• Assist in preparation of consolidation on group financial reports
• Manage statutory audit and prepare audited financial statements
• Liaise with PRC offices for managing cash-flow and working capital situation
• Prepare financial budget and forecast / projection
• Handle ad-hoc jobs as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting preferably in property industry
• Familiar with PRC accounting standards and taxation regulation
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Accountant
