This is a position open for people that is willing to learn, to cover different aspects of finance from full set of accounts, cash flow, consolidation and more.
Client Details
Our client is a PLC in the property and construction industry and they're looking for talented individual to join their team to grow and learn.
Description
To produce timely full set of accounts up to notes to accounts.
To assist the Finance Manager & Accountant on accounting activities of the company.
Preparation of budgets, forecast, financial accounts, management reports, costing and project feasibility studies.
To provide accurate and timely financial information for decisions making.
To assist in cash flow management.
To provide forecast, budget and other financial information as required by the management.
To assist in ensuring company's account comply with the company's policies, procedures, statutory requirements and tax compliance.
Administer and ensure effective accounting procedures including credit control and AR monitoring.
Compiling of Costing Report and preparation of Actual Cost Report.
Checking of weekly and monthly cash flow statement.
Responsible on company's credit control.
To ensure safekeeping of accounting records.
To implement relevant policies and procedures as required system.
To undertake any duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
Profile
Must possess at least a recognized Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / other professional qualification in accounting.
Min 4 years working experience (audit with property or construction)
Open for external auditorMust be computer literate, preferably with Accounting Software knowledge.
Attentive to details, good analytical skills, positive and enthusiastic.
Good interpersonal skills, able to work with others as a team and possess good personalities.
