Role/ Department:

The successful applicant will work as part of a diverse and international team of five partners. This team is a center of competence for all Swiss tax matters for fund administration and custody. The responsibilities are expanding due to additional business models to leverage our international expertise as well as growing the service with cross-locations projects mainly with Luxembourg and Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to work in cross-functional projects with subject matter experts across EMEA.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Establishing income resolutions according to Swiss Tax law.
  • Reconciliation and supervision of withholding tax reclaims.
  • Ensure correct fund accounting bookings as per fund year end closing.
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests.
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis as per client requests.

Skills/ Qualifications:

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • Practical experience in an operations administration function or in an accounting area 
  • Swiss tax expertise is a distinct advantage
  • Very good knowledge of accounting in general with a flair for numbers.
  • Good IT user knowledge (especially MS products); 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and oral) and ideally the same in German
