A rapidly expanding brokerage firm is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance oversight and monitoring
- Advise business units on regulatory compliance matters
- Prepare training plans for staff training
- Assist the Head of Compliance on audits and regulatory inspections
- Maintain an awareness of CFD industry regulations in respect of general compliance and their implications upon the business activities of the firm
- Keep abreast with regulatory changes and update the company's policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 7 years' regulatory compliance experience with CFD/ FX products in a similar industry
- Solid understanding of the Securities and Futures Act and relevant regulations
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as communication with Chinese counterparts is required
