Mixed Tax Senior / Manager required for a successful independent accountancy practice in Rochdale

You will be working with one of the leading tax teams in the North West, dealing with a number of international clients

This is a successful and well-established independent accountancy practice based in Rochdale. The Taxation team offers a number of service lines including Corporate, International and Personal Tax to a variety of clients. The practice strives to provide a bespoke service that is individual to their client's requirements.

Description

The successful Mixed Tax Senior / Manager will be responsible for, but not restricted to

• Working on a varied tax portfolio including with a number of international clients
• Getting involved with transactional and advisory work
• All aspects of business owner entrepreneur tax planning including IHT planning, business acquisitions & disposals
• Supporting the management of a large portfolio of clients operating across international borders
• Expatriate and international tax work
• Managing a large portfolio of domestic clients
• Other ad hoc tax projects as required

Profile

The successful Mixed Tax Senior / Manager will:

• Be partly or fully ACA/ATT/CTA qualified
• Have the ability to draw upon a strong theoretical background and apply this to practice
• Have the technical know-how to review the work of other colleagues to ensure accurate completion
• Be willing to engage in a variety of complex international tax projects

• Market rate salary - circa £30,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
