Head of Finance - Tech Start Up

This Head of Finance role is reporting directly to country C-level and Regional Director. This person will be in charge for

all spectrum of the finance functions of the company.

They are looking for a bright, young, and dynamic Head of Finance who thinks ahead of its competitors.

Description

• In charge to handle all finance functions, i.e accounting, AP, AR, Taxation, Treasury/Cash Management, and Financial Planning.

• Responsible for the completion of monthly closings and other reporting activities (statutory and regulatory)

• Oversee cashflow, preparation of business plan and annual budgeting include controlling and prepare variance analysis of the budget.

• Develop existing accounting procedures and system, business process improvements and other ad hoc matters related to the finance functions

• Being a business partner to all divisions as parts of increasing accountability of the financial standings of the company

Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in all spectrum of the finance functions with at least 3 years spent at a Big 4 company

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred

• Professional certification i.e CA, CPA, ACCA is highly preferred

• The candidate must speak fluent both Indonesian and English
