Senior Accountant - China GAAP

We are looking for a Senior Accountant that has got strong China GAAP, SFRS and Full-sets accounting experience for a newly created position to be responsible for my client's China entity.

Our client is a world leading medical device company established over a century ago, with a strong presence around the world with Singapore as their APAC HQ.

Description

This person will be responsible for all the financial reporting and operations for the legal entities in China, working closely with the senior stakeholders in ensuring efficient processes and accurate financial reporting standards are in place. This person will be responsible for the full sets of accounts, compliant to the accounting standards and regulatory requirements (China GAAP).

Profile

You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy with at least 5 years' relevant experience in total, with at least 2 years of accounting experience within China, exposed to the local tax reporting and China GAAP. There will be travelling required for this role once the situation improves and is safe to do so.
