GROUP FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - MEDIA AGENCY - CENTRAL LONDON - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

A highly regarded, and high growth Media agency are looking to appoint a Group Financial Accountant on an initial 12 month contract.

Description

Group Reporting

• Contribute to the preparation of the annual/ interim report by owning sections of the report and preparing as and when required
• Collate and prepare the group consolidation, including IFRS adjustments
• Assist with the analytical review of key P&L and balance sheet items
• Operate key reporting and control processes in relation to the group's foreign currency movements
• Review the balance sheet reconciliations
• Involvement in implementing changes driven by updates in accounting standards for both IFRS and UK GAAP

Statutory Reporting

• Prepare subsidiary statutory accounts under UK GAAP and IFRS
• Review statutory accounts prepared by other team members
• Prepare analysis of variances in the financial accounts

Profile

• ACA qualified or oversea's equivalent
• Audit trained
• Excellent understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Strong analytical skills with an outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Offer

• 12 month contract
• £350-400 per day
• Immediate start
