As Head of Fundraising, taking the lead role for the company's Corporate Finance, Investment/M&A, and Investor Relations function.

Description

• Heading the Strategic Finance function with core objective in acquiring funding for the company
• Being the face of the company as a point of contact (PoC) for any IR related matters
• As a 'Chef', responsible in developing/orchestrating the numbers behind the company, conducting continuous valuation exercises, overseeing the capital structure of the company, and determining the best mix of debt, equity, and internal financing
• Being a business partner to the other members of the C-Suite in developing the company's corporate development strategy, i.e M&A activities, corporate planning, and other high-level strategic matters
• Team management and mentoring

Profile

• Having at least 10 years of progressive experience in the field of investment, be it gained from IB, Financial Advisory (CF and/or M&A), preferably from the buy side (PE/VC/Family Office)
• Extensive network in early to late stage VCs is highly preferred
• Willing to get their hands dirty (in regards to number crunching and analysis)
• Mature, sophisticated, yet adaptable personality
• Experience in managing and/or acquiring funds for at least a Series A start up
• Strong professional presence
