AHA Accounting and Reporting role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Works cross functionally with operations, Corporate Shared Services and other departments to ensure accounting guidance is consistently applied to all initiatives and business operations
Co-op Job Description:
Student will supports the AHA Accounting team with month-end processes, such as preparing and uploading JEs, balance sheet general ledger account reconciliations, system balancing activities various research efforts and special projects. Interacts with multiple functional areas within finance; attends town hall meetings, internal department activities and team building events.
Skills/Requirements:
Must have completed at least 2-3 Accounting classes.
Must have Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Information System courses are a plus.
