Accounting Intern
Summary
This internship position works in the Accounting Department of NITROcrete and is responsible for assisting with general Accounting duties and ad hoc financial analysis projects. This internship will give you the opportunity to broaden your perspective on career development, enhance problem-solving skills, and strengthen your ability to navigate the organizational culture.

Functions
Assist in the monthly close process
Assist in asset tracking and depreciation reconciliation
Perform account reconciliations
Identify, develop, and implement improvements to processes
Actively participate in team projects, including but not limited to customer invoice review and submission, vendor invoice review, and new customer pricing implementation procedures
Successfully manage competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
Must be earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university
Have an inherent interest in Finance/Accounting and great business acumen
Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with different teams
A great communicator with focus and attention to details
Problem solver
Great analytical skills (such as Trend & Variance Analysis)
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Compensation: $16/hour to $20/hour
Position Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
