Job Description
Oversee company financial compliance;
Reviewing internal costs through regular audits and bringing discrepancies to
attention of stakeholders for corrective action;
Drafting and finalizing payment schedule for entire factory for MD's approval;
Requirement:
Certified as Chartered Accountant for at least 10 years
Minimum 5 years solid experience as Financial Controller, experience in foreign company would be a plus.
Some understanding in manufacturing operations workflow
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as attention to detail
Strong leadership, decision-making and communications skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi; Marathi would be a plus
