Job Mission

In this role you take ownership for the reporting landscape that we use to manage our suppliers.
We expect you to pro-actively find opportunities for breakthrough developments, to turn a fragmented data landscape into an integrated center for supply chain information.
And you will leverage your business and technical acumen for advanced deep dive analyses,
to develop a thorough understanding of our business on all horizons (strategic, tactical, operational). And take the lead in getting your insights from pilot phase to embedding in operations.
Closely align with stakeholders, including, but not limited to, supply chain professionals and IT. With your efforts all developments will have a proven business impact. You will cooperate intensively with your team members to get to a standardized reporting framework, which is simple yet effective. Furthermore you will act as a coach to ensure your colleagues are aligned on the way of working.

Job Description

- Organize requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders regarding supplier quality and logistics performance management deliverables (interviews, workshops, et cetera)
- Design and run tests for deliverables developed by IT
- Organize business validation sessions with end users
- Provide documentation, training materials and trainings for new deliverables
- Perform ad hoc analyses based on requests from business
- Process incidents and change requests reported by users: understand the request, discuss solutions and timing
- Run non automated reports
- Pro-actively search and propose efficiency improvements
- Continuously eager to learn about latest reporting and business analytics developments

Education

a. Degree in analytical university-level studies (industrial engineering, physics, mathematics, mechanical, electrical), or
b. Bachelor level analytical degrees only accepted by exception when business analytics skills have been proven by other means, such as the successful implementation of a tool with proven business value. Individual contribution must be validated; being part of a successful team is not enough.

Experience

- 5 - 10 years work experience in analytical roles related to supply chain management
- Experience with developing reports: requirements gathering, setting up ETL architectures, defining processes for maintenance
- Experience and affinity with analytics and related tooling, such as BI tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik, SAP BO), MS Office (Excel, Access), Process Mining & RPA
- Experience with data processing languages: SQL, Python, R, VBA etc.
- Experience and affinity with ERP systems, especially SAP

Reports to the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics in the Sourcing and Supply Chain department.
