Business Analyst Commercial Analytics Healthcare

Join a team of data-driven consultants for the main services/consultancy provider dedicated to the Healthcare Industry.

In the commercial services, we partner with marketing and sales managers in the pharmaceutical industry to support them leveraging and interpreting data and make evidenced-based decisions for their commercial strategy.


The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry to support them leveraging and interpreting data and make evidenced-based recommendations for their commercial strategy.

A Consultant serves as key point of contact with the client and manages the projects from start to finish relatively independently:
• Plan and manage projects from start to finish together with analysts and senior consultants
• Understand client requirements and translate these into detailed briefings for analysts
• Review data delivered by analysts and match these with client questions to develop relevant insights
• Perform quantitative and qualitative market research, including interviews and online research
• Prepare and present results to clients, including conclusions and recommendations
• Contribute to the team objectives by developing new ways to help our clients improve healthcare


Formal Qualifications And Experience
• Master's Degree (or PhD) in Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration
• 2 - 3 years of related experience in consulting, and at least one solid experience in data analysis, market research, ideally in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
• Perfect command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English. French and Dutch are a plus
• No programming skills required

• Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare market and what drive their business is a plus

• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
