Scope
YOUR MISSION
This role supports consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial data for Export business. Activities include budgeting, Forecasting, Actual analysis and sales database maintenance.
Works closely with Export leadership in evaluating the actual financial performance and trends versus forecast with insightful interpretations of performance as well as in developing monthly/quarterly reporting decks for review with senior leadership.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in economics, accounting or business administration. Master degree is a plus.
Specialization: Good technical accounting knowledge.
Experience: experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational environment
Technical Competencies:
Advanced experience with Excel. User experience with Powerpoint as well as MS Office and Google Suite. Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
Skills:
Languages: Fluency in Italian and English basic knowledge
Travel availability: Open to travel abroad if needed

- supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing, budgeting and forecasting processes;
- providing analysis and insight of commercial data to determine overall business, product line, territory and salesperson performance;
- analyzing process performance and provide suggestions for improvement;
- contributing to process standardization across departments;
- supporting other activities as needed
